Shipping & Return Policy

At the moment, I only ship within Canada. I do not ship to the US due to tariffs, and I hope to ship internationally in the future. My deepest apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.

 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. 
All sales are final.

Shipping Policy

Stamped mail is the lowest-cost option and does not provide delivery or tracking information. Because of this, I can not take responsibility for any untracked shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. If this is a concern, then tracked shipping is available at a cost.

Delivery Delays

Please note that the delivery expectation charts above are only guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be impacted by weather, holidays, postal disruptions and any other circumstances that are beyond my control. 

Lost Mail

Mail will be considered lost if:

1. Untracked mail has not been received within 14 business days after the estimated delivery timeframe has elapsed.

2. Tracking information has not been updated or has stayed the same for 14 business days

3. Tracking information states lost or untrackable

If your order is deemed lost under the criteria above, please send me an email after the 14-day grace period has elapsed. Upon verification, a one-time replacement of the lost items will be provided.

Please note that replacement orders are subject to stock availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, one can wait until it is back in stock or the customer and I will agree on a comparable substitute.

 Replacement orders are strictly limited to one per customer and will not be issued before the 14-day grace period has passed.

Incorrect Address 

If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please email me as soon as possible, and I'll happily fix it for you! 💌

If your order has been shipped, I'm unfortunately unable to make any changes to the address. Because of this, a new order will need to be placed to have your goodies sent again.

Just a friendly little reminder to double-check your shipping and payment details at checkout to make sure everything is correct before placing your order! ✨

 When purchasing from moonbunnycreates, you understand and accept that:

1. We are not liable for your package (including damages) once it has been shipped or handed to the shipping courier.

2. Shipping delays are possible for either of the reasons beyond my control, or for shipping disruptions or restrictions that are happening. Please keep this in mind when ordering!
